Sharon Weir, an economics graduate from St.Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a MSc. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London. Sharons interest and passion lies in economic and human development, research and travelling.
Payal Mulchandani holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from IE Business School, Madrid (Spain). She was also active in student leadership as Vice President for IE International Affairs Club and IE Campus Kiva coordinator.

Sharon Weir: Sharon Weir is the founder of The 4th Wheel, a social enterprise which focuses on research, advocacy and consultancy of CSR, based in Ahmedabad, India.
An economics graduate from St.Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a MSc. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London. Sharon’s interest and passion lies in economic and human development, research and travelling. She has worked with NGOs such as Pratham, Colaba Spastic Society and CRY as a volunteer and intern.
She has worked as a Research Associate with Gujarat Institute of Development Research (GIDR) and has freelanced as a Research Assistant for international students working on development issues in India. Her master’s thesis (2010) was on “The potential of CSR to drive and derive human and social development”.
Payal Mulchandani: Payal Mulchandani is the Co-founder of The 4th Wheel, a social enterprise which focuses on research, advocacy and consultancy of CSR, based in Ahmedabad, India.
Payal Mulchandani holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from IE Business School, Madrid (Spain). She was also active in student leadership as Vice President for IE International Affairs Club and IE Campus Kiva coordinator. She has a strong record for volunteering as a sports coach and computer trainer to underprivileged children and has been involved in various other community projects.
She has worked in the capacity of a Research Assistant to PhD students from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government and has been a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team of Suzlon Foundation handling education projects in Kutch.
