On April, 22nd, 1970, the first Earth Day was held. People all over the world made promises to help the environment. Every one got involved and since then, Earth Day has spread all over the planet.
The Earth Day Network which was founded on the occasion of first Earth Day, promotes environmental concerns and year round progressive action worldwide. Earth Day Network is driving force steering environmental awareness around the world.
Through Earth Day Network, activists try to bring changes local, national, and global policies.
