RINL-VSP Distributes Mosquito nets in 20 Tribal Welfare Ashram Schools in Visakhapatnam District

VISAKHAPATNAM: RINL-VSP under its CSR initiative, had been undertaking a lot of service activities in the RH Colonies and Surrounding villages of VSP. In addition to this, VSP is also extending its CSR activities to the Tribal areas of Visakhapatnam district, especially in Health and Education related areas.

“RINL-VSP had distributed 3134 nos. of  Mosquito nets in 20 Tribal Welfare Ashram Schools located in 9 Tribal mandals of Visakhapatnam district in the month of January, 2012 which help the tribal students in continuing their education by warding off any mosquito menace and related sickness.” RINL-VSP informed in the statement.

The Mosquito nets were distributed in the presence of ITDA Officials and RINL-VSP Officials to the School authorities and beneficiaries. RINL-VSP Officials G. Madhava Rao, DGM (CSR); A.V. Rangantha, DGM (Finance); V. Tirupathi Rao, Sr.Manager (Personnel); Ch.Mruthyunjaya Rao, Manager (CSR) along with  P.J.S.N. Patnaik, Asst. Tribal Welfare Officer, Ananthagiri and Ramulu, Head Master of the School attended the Programme.

G. Madhava Rao, DGM (CSR) and A.V. Ranganatha, DGM (Finance) while addressing the gathering said that RINL-VSP had been giving overriding priority to development of community and serving the society in its corporate plans under CSR. They also hoped that the students will benefit and it will help them in pursuit of their studies.

Patnaik, Asst.Tribal Welfare Officer, Ananthagiri mandal expressed his sincere thanks to VSP Management for granting Mosquito nets to the Tribal students which could help them during the period of study in the School.
