Mr. Rajkumar Adukia (C.A., B. Com (Hons.), FCA, ACS, AICWA, LL.B. M.B.A. Dip IFRS (UK), Dip LL & LW) is an eminent business consultant, academician, writer, and speaker. He is a rank holder from Bombay University and did his graduation from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics. He passed the Chartered Accountancy, Company secretary and Cost Accountancy Course and was among the top rank holders in the courses. Mr. Adukia also holds a degree in law. He has been involved in the activities of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). In addition to being a Council Member of the ICAI, he is actively involved in various committees of ICAI.

He has been coordinating with various professional institutions, associations’ universities, University Grants Commission and other educational institutions and has actively participated with accountability and standards-setting organizations in India and at the international level. He is constantly engaged in knowledge development and has done extensive study and given various presentations and seminars on the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance.
