Two Days Training & Workshop on CSR and ISO 26000 in Vadodara

VADODARA: TÜV Rheinland Group is organizing two days training & workshop on “Importance of Corporate Social Responsibility in Current market scenario and International Social Responsibility Guidance as per ISO 26000” at  Hampton by Hilton  Vadodara, Gujarat on 30, 31 August 2012. The aim of workshop is to help participants assess the adequacy of the design, implementation and improvement of CSR in India.

The workshop will focus on the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility in Current market scenario, challenges ahead of Indian Industry, globally available guidelines and standards in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Sustainability and International Social Responsibility Guidance as per ISO 26000”.

Too often the CSR debate has been dominated by generic global initiatives not being tailored to Asia’s specific circumstances. Equally, India has a rich tradition in social responsibility that should be made available to both domestic and international audience. The aim of this event on CSR is therefore to initiate a highly practical discussion among leaders from the worlds of business, government, and civil society on the Asian model of CSR.
