ANGUL: The O.P Jindal School situated at Nisha, Angul conferred the toppers of the School with their parents in a flamboyant gathering on the school premises today as a mark of their remarkable achievement in class-X CBSE- AISSE 2015.
The Executive Director (I/C) and Angul Location Head MD.K. Saraogi and Damodar Mittal, EVP (Iron & Steel), JSPL, Angul, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor respectively and highly appreciated the proud scholars of OPJS in their inspiring speeches while presenting trophies and certificates to the toppers for their trailblazing performance in the entire district of Angul and among the OPJS Group of Schools.
Addressing the function Dinesh Kumar Saraogi, said “this is the collective effort of the Students, Teachers, Parents and the School Management Committee. And, I congratulate each and every one for achieving such kind of tremendous success. Hope, these students will definitely do good in their future and serve the nation as a whole with pride”
School Principal Chhanda Charan Das attributed the results of the students to their hard work and the dedicated efforts by their Parents to support their wards. Sangeeta Sharma, school coordinator offered the vote of thanks.
It is noteworthy that O.P Jindal School recorded 100 percent result in the CBSE Class X examination conducted this year. Out of 36 students appeared in the examination, 24 of them have secured Cumulative Grade Point Analysis (CGPA) 9.1 to 10, Five students have secured CGPA 8.1 to 9, Four students have secured 7.1 to 8 and three students have secured 6.1-7 CGPA.
