MUMBAI: Presently “Saksham” our jewelry manufacturing and diamond processing training institute for PWDâs has been functioning at Hyderabad. We plan to replicate the same success story at Surat and Mumbai which are jewelry and diamond manufacturing hubs of India. The number of PwDâs working with us presently is 250 and we plan to increase this to 500 in the next 3 years, Mayuri Asar, Manager CSR, Gitanjali Group, said INDIACSR today.
“We are employing close to 250 PWD in our organization and there is nothing that gives us a greater satisfaction than seeing a smile on their face and satisfaction in their eyes. We are able to support the disabled under privileges youth in Hyderabad. we have embraced the policy of inclusive work culture where improving efficiency, productivity, and overall business success.” she added.
